Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Harvester platform ("Service") operated by Signs of Fall LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Harvester is a receipt printing and order management platform designed for franchise businesses. The Service includes:

• Cloud-based order processing and management dashboard
• Automated receipt printing via edge agent devices
• Fleet management and monitoring tools
• Billing and subscription management
• Documentation and operational guides

Account Access

Access to the Harvester dashboard requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. Access is granted on a per-franchise basis and is limited to authorized users configured by the system administrator.

You agree not to share your account access or attempt to access data belonging to other franchises.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system components
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Infrastructure provider outages (Railway, AWS)
• Network connectivity issues
• Edge agent hardware failures

We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime or unavailability.

Data and Content

Order data processed through the Service remains the property of the respective franchise. We process and store this data solely to provide the Service functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Billing and Payment

Subscription billing is managed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment processing. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

The Harvester platform, including its source code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Signs of Fall LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signs of Fall LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account closure.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
