Account Information

When you sign in to Harvester using Google OAuth, we receive and store the following information from your Google account:

• Email address — Used to identify your account and associate you with your franchise
• Display name — Used to personalize the dashboard experience
• Profile picture URL — Displayed in the dashboard interface

We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail content, contacts, or any other Google services beyond basic profile information.

Order Data

When orders are processed through the system, we store order details including customer names, order numbers, package types, and pricing. This data is provided by the franchise email system and is necessary for receipt printing and order management.

System Logs

We collect technical logs including print job status, edge agent connectivity, and system health metrics. These logs are used for troubleshooting and service reliability.

How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your identity and authorize access to your franchise dashboard
• Process and print order receipts
• Manage franchise billing and subscriptions
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues
• Send operational notifications (e.g., printer offline alerts)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud services:

• AWS DynamoDB — Order data and system records (US East region)
• Railway — Application hosting with encrypted connections
• JWT tokens — Session authentication with expiration and revocation support

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google OAuth Scopes

Harvester requests the following Google OAuth scopes:

• openid — Verify your identity
• email — Access your email address for account identification
• profile — Access your display name and profile picture

We use these scopes solely for authentication. We do not read your email, access your calendar, or modify any data in your Google account.

Data Retention

Account information is retained as long as your franchise account is active. Order data is retained for operational and billing purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke Google OAuth access at any time through your Google Account settings

Third-Party Services

Harvester integrates with the following third-party services:
